Left Over Pumpkin Pie Brulee
- 1 Left over pumpkin pie
- 1 White sugar
- 1 Whip cream if desired
- Heat your broiler on high, or you can use a cooking torch.
- Now Start by slicing your pumpkin pie, turn it over remove the crust and line at the bottom of your ramekin.
- Now add in your pumpkin pie, smooth with a spoon and top with a teaspoon of sugar, move the tamarin around till sugar distributed evenly.
- Now place into broiler or if you have a cooking torch brown the tops of your brulee..
- Simple easy and fun good use of left over pie!
