Left Over Pumpkin Pie Brulee

  1. Heat your broiler on high, or you can use a cooking torch.
  2. Now Start by slicing your pumpkin pie, turn it over remove the crust and line at the bottom of your ramekin.
  3. Now add in your pumpkin pie, smooth with a spoon and top with a teaspoon of sugar, move the tamarin around till sugar distributed evenly.
  4. Now place into broiler or if you have a cooking torch brown the tops of your brulee..
  5. Simple easy and fun good use of left over pie!
