Sweet chilli eggs
- 2 Crumpets
- 1 eggs
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 ham slice
- 1/3 chopped onion
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 butter
- 1 sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Beat egg in a cup and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice tomatos and rip up ham slice into small pieces.
- Add the tomato, ham, and chopped onion and around 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce (maybe more depending on how hot you want it) to the egg mixture.
- Toast crumpets in a toaster, butter when they are done and put on a plate.
- Put oil into a small frying pan and heat up.
- When hot add the the egg mixture and stir with a spatula, making sure the egg mixture doesn't stick to the pan.
- Cook until eggs are fluffy, this should only take a few minutes.
- Add them to the top of the crumpets and enjoy.
