Penne with Chicken & Tomatoes

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over tea; let stand 2 min.
  3. Strain tea; discard liquid.
  4. Finely chop tea leaves.
  5. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Stir in onions and garlic; cook 1 min.
  7. Add chicken; cook 5 min.
  8. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in tomatoes, tomato juice and tea leaves; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
  10. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  11. Drain pasta; place on platter.
  12. Top with chicken mixture and cheese.
