Penne with Chicken & Tomatoes
- 3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. green tea leaves
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 8 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup Heinz Tomato Juice with 50% Less Salt
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, pour boiling water over tea; let stand 2 min.
- Strain tea; discard liquid.
- Finely chop tea leaves.
- Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Stir in onions and garlic; cook 1 min.
- Add chicken; cook 5 min.
- or until done, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in tomatoes, tomato juice and tea leaves; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta; place on platter.
- Top with chicken mixture and cheese.
