Goat Cheese and Olive spread

  1. *Slice goat cheese with dental floss into rounds and place in a single layer on serving plate.
  2. *Scatter olives, tomatoes and basil over the cheese.
  3. *Whisk the remaining ingredients together and pour evenly over the cheese.
  4. *Cover and marinate at room temperature for several hours or over night in the fridge.
  5. *Serve at room temperature with crusty bread or crackers
