Goat Cheese and Olive spread
- 8 ounces, fluid Goat Cheese, Sliced
- 1/4 cups Pitted Black Kalamata Olives, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Pitted Green Olives, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Sun-dried Tomatoes, Packed In Oil, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Fresh Basil, Julienned
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- *Slice goat cheese with dental floss into rounds and place in a single layer on serving plate.
- *Scatter olives, tomatoes and basil over the cheese.
- *Whisk the remaining ingredients together and pour evenly over the cheese.
- *Cover and marinate at room temperature for several hours or over night in the fridge.
- *Serve at room temperature with crusty bread or crackers
