Sticky Beef Bones
- 1 cup vinegar
- 12 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 lbs beef ribs
- Combine vinegar, honey Worcestershire, catsup, salt, mustard, paprika, pepper and garlic in saucepan.
- Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 16 minutes.
- Place ribs in single layer in baking pan.
- Cover with hot marinade and let stand for 1 hour.
- Drain off marinade and save it.
- Bake ribs for 1 hour at 325 degrees turning and baste often with the saved sauce.
- Makes 6 servings.
