Sticky Beef Bones

  1. Combine vinegar, honey Worcestershire, catsup, salt, mustard, paprika, pepper and garlic in saucepan.
  2. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 16 minutes.
  3. Place ribs in single layer in baking pan.
  4. Cover with hot marinade and let stand for 1 hour.
  5. Drain off marinade and save it.
  6. Bake ribs for 1 hour at 325 degrees turning and baste often with the saved sauce.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
