Chicken Wraps (Ww)
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 34 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise (I used regular and added 1/2 point)
- 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 12 red onion, sliced
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- In a pie pan combine first 3 ingredients (seasoning - paprika).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and then dredge chicken in seasoning, turning to coat.
- Spray a large skillet with Pam and set over medium high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook, turning until cooked through (5 minutes).
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients (mayonnaise and lemon juice).
- Warm tortillas in microwave (1 minute) and then spread each tortilla 1 teaspoon of dressing, 1/4 of the chicken, tomato and onion and also mixed greens if desired.
- Roll up and serve.
