Sesame Ginger Sea Veggies
- 14 cup dried arame seaweed or 14 cup wakame seaweed
- 1 cup water
- 2 sheets nori, thinly sliced
- 14 cup finely sliced fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- In small bowl, combine arame and water.
- Cover and set aside for 15 minutes until softened.
- Drain, discarding soaking liquid.
- In bowl, combine arame, nori, ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce.
- Toss until well combined.
