Shredded Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

  1. Thaw potatoes.
  2. Toss with onions and butter.
  3. Blend cheese, lowfat sour cream, soup, salt and pepper.
  4. Put in lightly greased 9x13 pan.
  5. Cover with 2 c. crushed corn flakes, potato chips or possibly crackers tossed with 1/4 c. melted butter.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
  7. Remove lid and bake another 25 min or possibly till done.
