Chicken Or Pork Chop Coat & Cook Mix Recipe

• 2 c. fine bread crumbs
• 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp. plain or possibly seasoning salt
• 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
• 1 tbsp. paprika
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tbsp. onion pwdr
• 1 tbsp. Hickory smoke salt (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Store in covered container in pantry or possibly refrigerator for lengthy storage.
3. Yield: About 3 c..
4. To Use: Place 1/4 c. mix at a time in plastic bag.
5. Add in meat, one piece at a time; shake.
6. Place on greased pan.
7. Don't allow pcs to touch.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done.
9. For variety add in 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese to 1 c. mix.
