Lady Marmalade

  1. Rinse a chilled coupe with the absinthe; pour out the excess.
  2. In a mixing glass, combine the vodka, vermouth, ginger liqueur, verjus and grenadine.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and stir well.
  4. Strain into the prepared coupe.
