Fruity Rice(This Is A Particularly Sweet Rice Recipe.)

• 2 c. cooked rice
• 1/2 c. nuts
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1/2 pt. whipping cream
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. cherries
• 1 box strawberry jello
• 1 large can peaches
• 1 c. peach syrup
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. cloves
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
• 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 Tbsp. vinegar

1. Place peaches in a baking dish and set aside.
2. In saucepan, blend brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and spices in peach syrup. Stir in vinegar and butter; bring to a boil.
3. Cook until mixture is clear and thick, stirring frequently.
4. Pour over peaches.
5. Set in a 350u0b0 oven.
6. Immediately start on dough.
