Basil Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size chunks, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, and grill the chicken, starting with the skin side down.
  3. When both sides are lightly browned, lower the heat and cover.
  4. Add the pesto and stir.
  5. When mixed thoroughly, remove from the heat and the dish is ready!
