Basil Chicken
- 1 Chicken thigh
- 1 1/2 tbsp Pesto
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size chunks, and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, and grill the chicken, starting with the skin side down.
- When both sides are lightly browned, lower the heat and cover.
- Add the pesto and stir.
- When mixed thoroughly, remove from the heat and the dish is ready!
