Amazing Peanut Butter-Chocolate Molten Cake

  1. HEAT oven to 425F.
  2. MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minute or until chocolate is almost melted.
  3. Stir with whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Stir in powdered sugar.
  5. Blend in whole eggs and egg yolks.
  6. Stir in flour; set aside.
  7. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.
  8. POUR half the chocolate batter into 1-qt.
  9. souffle dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of cream cheese mixture and remaining chocolate batter.
  10. BAKE 20 minute or until edge is set but center is still slightly soft.
  11. Cool slightly.
  12. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
