Gluten-Free Crepe Roll-Ups

  1. Combine the mix, egg, salt, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Whisk in the water.
  3. Melt the butter on medium-high heat in a skillet and swirl to coat.
  4. Pour the mixture into the skillet and swirl quickly to coat entirely.
  5. The mixture must be thin crusted.
  6. Fry until golden.
  7. Transfer to a plate and spread with jam.
  8. Spinkle on cinnamon/sugar and add strawberries.
  9. Gently roll up and serve.
  10. Enjoy!
