Cheesy Beef Corn Chip Skillet

  1. Brown meat with onion; drain.
  2. Add seasoning mix; prepare as directed on package.
  3. Top with corn chips and VELVEETA; cover.
  4. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted.
  5. Sprinkle with tomato.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
