Bacon Summer Squash Saute

  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
  2. Remove to paper towels to drain off fat.
  3. Reserve 2 tbsp drippings in pan.
  4. Saute zucchini, yellow squash, and onion for 6-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  5. Sprinkle with bacon.
