Sugarless Three Bean Salad
- 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can Italian beans, drained (optional)
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- Combine the beans, green pepper, onion, celery and pimento. Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour dressing over bean mixture and stir.
- Refrigerate in covered container for 12 hours before serving, stirring occasionally.
- This salad will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
- Yields 16 servings.
