Chocolate Butterscotch Pie
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar substitute, such as splenda/truvia (can also use reg sugar)
- 1/2 cup Rice flour (or whatever flour you would like)
- 3 tsp egg replacement powder
- 4 tbsp warm water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- In mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar substitute, flour, & vanilla until well blended.
- In small bowl, combine egg replacement & water.
- Mix until combined well.
- Then add to other mixture & mix well.
- Add chocolate chips & butterscotch chips.
- Mix well.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake for 1 hr or until golden brown.
- Let cool.
