Low Calorie No-Bake Cheesecake

  1. Peel the apple and divide into quarters.
  2. Place into a heat-resistant container and cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W.
  4. Once cooled, dice into 1 cm cubes.
  5. Soak the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water.
  6. Place the heavy cream, PAL sweet, and lemon juice into a bowl.
  7. Whip with a whisk.
  8. It will harden quite quickly.
  9. Add the yogurt and continue whipping.
  10. Microwave the gelatin from Step 3 until it begins to boil and dissolve.
  11. Remove from the microwave immediately and add to Step 6.
  12. Quickly mix it together.
  13. Mix in the chopped apples.
  14. Pour Step 8 into the pan.
  15. Make sure you pour it so that the apples are dispersed as evenly as possible.
  16. Place into the refrigerator and chill.
  17. Once it hardens, it's done.
  18. Remove from the pan and cut into pieces.
  19. Serve.
