Easy & Low-Cal Okara Scones
- 150 grams Fresh okara
- 150 grams Pancake mix
- 30 grams Margarine
- 1 optional Raisins, chocolate chips, or filling of your choice
- Mix the three main ingredients together.
- I put them in a plastic bag and rub them together.
- When the ingredients have mixed, stretch the dough out to a thickness of 1.5 - 2 cm and stamp out shapes with a cutter.
- They don't expand that much when baking, so cut to them to the thickness you want them to be when cooked.
- Bake in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes at 170-180C.
