Easy & Low-Cal Okara Scones

  1. Mix the three main ingredients together.
  2. I put them in a plastic bag and rub them together.
  3. When the ingredients have mixed, stretch the dough out to a thickness of 1.5 - 2 cm and stamp out shapes with a cutter.
  4. They don't expand that much when baking, so cut to them to the thickness you want them to be when cooked.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes at 170-180C.
