Caprese Pasta
- 1 pound Cavatelli Pasta
- 1/2 cups Mini Mozzarella Balls
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 whole Basil Leaves Torn
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- Boil a pot of water and cook your pasta according to the package instructions.
- Add mini mozzarella balls into a small bowl and toss with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and 1 chopped basil leaf.
- Set aside.
- When pasta is finished cooking, drain it and return it back into the pot.
- Toss with olive oil, black pepper, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls and torn basil leaves.
- Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with additional basil if you have any leftover.
- Enjoy!
