Toasted Ham, Tomato, Philly & Basil Turkish Bread
- 350g sliced ham
- 6 small Turkish bread rolls, sliced in half
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced thickly
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Garlic & Herb
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Divide ham evenly onto the bases of each roll.
- Top with tomato slices, Philly*, basil leaves and seasoning.
- Replace roll top onto each filled base and place into a preheated sandwich press.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until heated through.
- Enjoy immediately.
- Note: These can also be toasted in a frying pan , or under an oven grill, you will just need to turn over halfway during the cooking time.
