Java-Soy Glazed Pork Chops
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 cup brewed strong GEVALIA French Roast
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 4 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan until blended.
- Add coffee, soy sauce and vinegar; mix well.
- Cook on medium heat 4 min.
- or until mixture comes to boil and thickens, stirring frequently.
- Grill chops 3 min.
- on each side.
- Brush with half the coffee mixture; grill 4 to 5 min.
- or until chops are done (145 degrees F), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining coffee mixture.
