Brigitte's Shrimp Or Tuna Mousse Recipe

  1. Soak gelatin in water.
  2. Heat undiluted sop; add in gelatin and stir well till dissolved.
  3. Mash cream cheese; add in to soup and continue to heat till cheese is dissolved.
  4. Cold.
  5. Mix in mayonaisse, shrimp or possibly tuna, and vegetables and seasonings.
  6. Mix well and put into a well-oiled mold.
  7. Enjoy!
