Brigitte's Shrimp Or Tuna Mousse Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaisse
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1 pkt 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 lb Shrimp or possibly 2 sm cns tuna
- 1/4 c. Peppers, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Celery, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
- 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin in Water as directed
- Soak gelatin in water.
- Heat undiluted sop; add in gelatin and stir well till dissolved.
- Mash cream cheese; add in to soup and continue to heat till cheese is dissolved.
- Cold.
- Mix in mayonaisse, shrimp or possibly tuna, and vegetables and seasonings.
- Mix well and put into a well-oiled mold.
- Enjoy!
