Stained Glass Candy - Church Windows

  1. Melt butter and chocolate chips in large pan, stirring constantly.
  2. When melted, turn off heat and add marshmallows, nuts and half of the coconut.
  3. Sprinkle other half of coconut on wax paper.
  4. Drop marshmallow mixture by large spoonfuls onto wax paper to form log.
  5. Roll up in wax paper, pressing firmly together.
  6. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and cut log into 1/2" slices.
  8. Rewrap and store in freezer.
  9. To serve, thaw.
