Italian Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. When done, peel & cut in 1-inch chunks.
  3. Sprinkle parsley & green onions over potatoes.
  4. Make sauce from remaining ingredients; strain so that there will be no garlic pieces in sauce.
  5. Pour over potatoes & stir well.
  6. Let stand all day (at least 4 hours or longer).
  7. Stir every hour.
  8. Do not refrigerate.
