Cornbread Dressing

  1. Combine corn meal, flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar, if desired.
  2. Add milk and oil with eggs to dry mixture.
  3. Mix thoroughly and pour into heavily-greased baking pan.
  4. Bake at 425u0b0 until golden brown.
  5. Cool and crumble. Combine with remaining ingredients and bake at 300u0b0 for 1 hour.
