Cherry Tomatoes in Lemon Oil Dressing

  1. Prick each tomato all over with a toothpick.
  2. Mix lemon juice and basil.
  3. Pour oil over mixture, whisking until liquids are completely blended.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Place tomatoes in a shallow glass dish and cover with lemon oil dressing.
  6. Chill for several hours, tossing occasionally.
  7. Enjoy!
