Peppered Beer Steaks

  1. For marinade:.
  2. Combine, bear, onion, mustard, parsley,chili sauce, worcestershire, brown sugar, paprika and black pepper.
  3. in a non reactive pan cover steaks with marinade.
  4. cover with plastic wrap and leave in fridge overnight.
  5. drain steaks, discard marinade.
  6. sprinkle steaks with cracked pepper.
  7. grill over medium coals to desired degree of doneness, turning once 1/2 way through cooking.
