Sizzling Dry Fried Green Beans

  1. Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
  2. oil in nonstick wok on medium-high heat.
  3. Add beans; stir-fry 1 min.
  4. Add water; cover.
  5. Cook 5 min.
  6. or until beans are crisp-tender.
  7. Remove lid; stir-fry 1 min.
  8. or until liquid is cooked off and beans are lightly browned.
  9. Remove from wok.
  10. Heat remaining oil in wok on medium heat.
  11. Add bacon, shrimp, preserved vegetables and ginger; stir-fry 30 sec.
  12. or until fragrant.
  13. Add dressing and beans; stir-fry 1 min.
  14. or until heated through.
