WHOLE BAKE CHICKEN WITH POTATOES AND CARROTS
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 1 ADOBO
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 thyme
- 1 chopped parsley flakes
- 1 sazon for color
- 1 ground oregano
- 1/4 potatoe cut in small cubes
- 1 carrot cut in pieces
- 1/2 slice lemon
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Clean chicken, wash and dry chicken
- Preheat oven in 350
- Season the chicken to your taste with all the ingredients.
- Put the onions inside the chicken
- Decorate with slices of lemon
- Put the potatoes and carrots in the pan.
- Add butter, cover with foil paper and put it the oven for 60 minutes.
- Then uncover and leave it for 30 more minutes or temperature reach 165.
