Chutney-Chicken Pinwheels
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) lean ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1 tsp. each garam masala, ground coriander and ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 6 large whole wheat tortillas
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients except tortillas.
- Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto each tortilla; roll up.
- Cut each roll-up into 10 slices.
- Place, cut-sides up, on parchment-covered baking sheets; spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until pinwheels are crisp and chicken filling is done.
