Chutney-Chicken Pinwheels

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except tortillas.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto each tortilla; roll up.
  4. Cut each roll-up into 10 slices.
  5. Place, cut-sides up, on parchment-covered baking sheets; spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 25 min.
  7. or until pinwheels are crisp and chicken filling is done.
