Chicken Alfredo Fettuccini
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cup heavy cream
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pasta
- 2 lb chicken breasts
- Melt butter in pan on medium low heat.
- Once butter is melted, add garlic and stir.
- Add salt, pepper, and heavy cream while slowly stirring.
- Stir for 3 minutes.
- Add in parmesan cheese.
- Stir for about 7 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Place the sauce on low heat and let sit.
- Boil pot of water.
- Add pasta in to cook for 15 minutes.
- While pasta is cooking, prep the chicken.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 8 minutes, 4 minutes on each side.
- Once chicken and pasta are completed.
- Place pasta and chicken on plate.
- Pour Alfredo sauce onto plate.
- Serve.
