Ginger-Mint Lemonade
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon finely grated, peeled fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- Ice
- 1 lemon wheel
- 1 mint sprig
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup.
- Add the ginger, lemon juice, water and ice and shake well.
- Strain into a small highball glass over ice and garnish with the lemon wheel and mint sprig.
