Chocolate Peanut Butter Super Cookies
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter m&ms, crushed
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix flour, baking soda, cocoa, and salt in small bowl.
- Soften butter and beat with both the granulated sugar and brown sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter and sugar mixture.
- Gradually add the flour mixture.
- Stir in semi sweet chocolate chips and m&ms.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
- For the peanut butter filling, mix the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and flour.
- Place about a dime sized amount on each cookie.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cracks begin to appear in the cookies.
