Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs
- 4 lb pork baby back ribs
- 1 Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Season ribs with salt 5 pepper.
- Place in shallow baking pan.
- Brownk in oven 15 minutes.
- Turn over and brown another 15 min drain fat.
- In a medium bowl mix together ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, oreganp, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt & pepper.
- Place ribs in slow cooker.
- Ppur sauce ribs and turn to coat.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or untol ribs are tender.
