Pepperoni Calzones

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions.
  2. Drain, squeezing out excess liquid.
  3. Chop pepperoni.
  4. Combine spinach, eggs, pepperoni, 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce, the 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic powder.
  5. Unroll refrigerated dough.
  6. Press into a 15 x 10-inch rectangle.
  7. Cut into quarters.
  8. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese onto half of each quarter.
  9. Spoon spinach mixture atop. Fold dough over mixture.
  10. Seal edges.
  11. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  12. Brush with oil.
  13. Sprinkle with the 1 tablespoon Parmesan. Cut small slits on top of each.
  14. Bake in a 450u0b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
  15. Heat and pass remaining pizza sauce. Serves 4.
