Sunday Dinner Steaks

• 6 to 8 cubed beef steaks
• 1 env. onion soup mix
• 1 can mushrooms, undrained
• 1 lg. onion, sliced
• 1 can beef gravy
• 1 can water
• Flour

1. Dredge steak in flour and brown.
2. Place in greased 13x9-inch pan.
3. Sprinkle on onion soup mix.
4. Cover with mushrooms and onions.
5. Mix gravy and water.
6. Pour over top.
7. DO NOT STIR!!
8. Cover and bake at 250F for 3-4 hours.
