Cream Cheese & Chorizo Brunch Burritos

  1. Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended.
  2. Add cream cheese; mix well.
  3. Melt butter in large skillet on medium-low heat.
  4. Add egg mixture; cook 5 min.
  5. or until egg mixture starts to set, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in Singles, chorizo and onions; cook 3 to 5 min.
  7. or until egg mixture is completely set, stirring occasionally.
  8. Spoon 1/2 cup egg mixture onto each tortilla.
  9. Fold in opposite sides of tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
