Ice Cream Cupcakes

• 24 small cupcakes, mini sized
• 4 pints ice cream, slightly softened

1. Trim domes off cupcakes to create flat tops if necessary.
2. Using a 1 1/2 inch icream scoop, press a scoop of ice cream on top of 1 cup cake.
3. Repeat with remaining cupcakes and ice cream.
