Ice Cream Cupcakes
- 24 small cupcakes, mini sized
- 4 pints ice cream, slightly softened
- Trim domes off cupcakes to create flat tops if necessary.
- Using a 1 1/2 inch icream scoop, press a scoop of ice cream on top of 1 cup cake.
- Repeat with remaining cupcakes and ice cream.
