Microwave Chops

  1. Trim fat off chops.
  2. In oval or round dish, combine oil and garlic; spread evenly.
  3. Microwave on High for 1 minute.
  4. Combine broth, soy sauce, sugar and pepper in bowl.
  5. Add chops to dish, turning over in garlic oil.
  6. Pour sauce mixture over chops and cover with wax paper.
  7. Microwave on High for 4 minutes, turning chops and dish once after 2 minutes.
  8. Keep covered.
  9. Microwave on Medium power 12 to 15 minutes or until meat is tender and no pink remains.
  10. Place chops in serving dish.
  11. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
  12. Stir into pan juices.
  13. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes until thickened.
  14. Leave uncovered and stir once.
  15. Pour sauce over chops.
  16. Serves 4.
