Meat Soup

  1. Cut the meat into dice sized, put into bowl, pour the nutmeg, black pepper, and pinch of salt then mix it.
  2. Leave the meat and boil 500ml water.
  3. Throw the meat into boiling water for 20 minutes
  4. Slice thinly the garlic and shallot.
  5. And cut the onion into ring shapped.
  6. Heat the saucepan and pour a tablespoon cooking oil to it.
  7. Fry the garlic and shallot until light brown and add the union, salt, coriander, and whitepepper into it.
  8. Fry until the union is weak.
  9. Add 100ml water and mix it well.
  10. Remove both end of stringbean and remove the string.
  11. Peel carrot and potato.
  12. Cut the stringbean, carrot, and potato into small pieces.
  13. Add to the boiled meat.
  14. You can add the pasta here.
  15. Boil for 5 min in medium heat.
  16. Slice the celery and scallion and also the sausages.
  17. Put into boiling water.
  18. Pour the mixture in the saucepan into the boiling water.
  19. Mix it well and keep boiling until the veggie soft enough.
