taco skillet
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 packages taco season
- 1 each onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can rotel
- 2 bags of chips
- 1 1/2 packages cream cheese
- 1 1/2 stick velvetta cheese
- add rotel, enchilada sauce, and onions and simmer.
- cook ground beef, or turkey
- add cheese, both.
- crush chips and add to skillet.
- place more chips on top and grated cheese.
- bake at 400F until chips are toasted and cheese is melted.
- garnish with lettuce tomatoes and salsa
