Reduced Fat Double Layered Chocolate Pie

  1. Pour 1-1/2 cups milk into medium bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer 1 minute (will be very thick).
  4. Spread mixture evenly into crust.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 1 tbsp milk with electric mixer until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping on low speed.
  7. Spread over chocolate mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with chocolate, if desired.
  9. Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
