Whole Wheat Pancake Mix

  1. Combine flour, sugar substitute and baking powder in a medium bowl.
  2. Combine egg substitute, low-fat butter and skim milk in a large bowl.
  3. Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  4. Make pancakes!
  5. (The batter can be stored in the fridge for several days if not all used at once).
