Luscious Frozen Yogurt Pie
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon carob powder or cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons margarine melted
- 1 quart yogurt, frozen vanilla, softened slightly
- 1 x carob-peanut sauce
- Carob adds a fresh new taste to this easy pie.
- It's also delicious served with Chocolate Sauce or Chocolate-Almond Sauce.
- Mix cracker crumbs, carob powder and margarine.
- Press firmly against bottom and side of pie plate, 9 X 1 1/4 inches.
- Spoon frozen yogurt onto crust; spread carefully.
- Cover and freeze 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
- (If frozen longer than 8 hours, let stand at room temperature 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.)
- Serve with Carob-Peanut Sauce.
- Freeze any remaining pie.
- 8 servings
