Turkey Medley Recipe
- 1 pkg. frzn broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
- 2 Packages oriental vegetable mix
- 3 cans sliced water chestnuts
- 4 Packages frzn LaChoy pea pods
- 5-6 potatoes, lg. cubes
- 3 lbs. diced, cooked turkey
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 jar pimientos (opt.)
- 1 lg. can Chinese noodles
- Cook all the vegetables; drain.
- Add in turkey, soup mix, Swiss cheese, pimientos.
- Place in oblong pan, top with Chinese noodles.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Makes 12 servings.
