The Palm Grove

• 2 12 ounces gosling's black seal rum
• 2 teaspoons lemon sorbet
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• 3 basil leaves
• 2 slices orange peel

1. Combine the Gosling's Black Seal Rum, simple syrup and sorbet in a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake until all of the ingredients are mixed thoroughly and strain into a martini glass.
3. Flame orange peels for essence and drop inches.
