Cheese Danish

  1. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into two rectangles.
  2. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and press the perforations together.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread over half of each rectangle and pinch to seal.
  5. Brush with butter.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar if desired.
  7. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
