Duff's Bread Stuffing Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 pound loaf of day-old bread, torn in fourths
- Blend together water and powdered lowfat milk.
- Add in Large eggs.
- Blend together salt, vanilla, sugar and mix with liquid mix.
- Add in raisins and melted butter.
- Mix torn bread into liquid mix till lightly moistened.
- Do not overmix.
- Pour into a well greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan and bake till lightly browned, putting the pan in a shallow pan on rack.
- Pour warm water one-inch deep.
- Bake for 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees till done.
- Drizzle with Pudding Sauce.
